Rent space for your event

Setup and Rent Hours

Set-up time for special equipment (e.g., lights, monitors, catering) is included in the rental hours.

Guests and check-ins are the responsibility of the client's team, not the Haos Community Space team (unless agreed differently).

Payment

A contract and a refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee are required to book your dates. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event. The deposit is refundable until 3 days before the booked date.

Food & Beverages

To maintain the cleanliness of our space, please avoid bringing beverages that could stain (like red wine). All outside food and drinks require our approval at least three days prior to your event.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

Event Promotion & Branding

You may use our address for event announcements, but not the “Haos Community Space” name or logo. Photos and videos of our space cannot be used for marketing other events without our prior consent.

Age Limit

Children over five are welcome but must be supervised by a parent for the entire event.

Space Etiquette

Please do not alter the space or lean items against the neon and the mural wall. Moving decorative elements requires prior permission.
